Te Haerenga Therapy - A Journey Within
Welcome to Te Haerenga Therapy, a sacred space for wāhine women to connect, release, and rise.
What does “Te Haerenga” mean?
It means the journey – and that’s what healing is - a sacred journey inward. Every session is a step toward freedom, connection, and transformation.
Your journey of healing, self-discovery, and transformation begins here.
Through a unique blend of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), hypnosis, mahi wairua (energy healing), and coaching, the intent is to walk alongside you as you reclaim your voice, find your compass, your power, your spark. It's time to get your groove back.
This is your haerenga - your journey. Let’s walk it together.

I am a descendant of healers. My practice is rooted in creating a space that is empowering, healing, and transformative. My role is to walk alongside you on your journey, holding space for you to heal, grow and evolve. You are your own healer. You are your own medicine.
I’m deeply passionate about supporting women to embark on their compassionate journey of self-discovery, healing, growth and transformation.
My practice is grounded in creating a space that is empowering, healing, fun and transformative. Life is short, so lets focus on shaking off what no longer serves , find your compass and shift gear towards what truly sparks your joy.
I have seen women so full of potential stagnate and others who have gone thru similar storms in life go on to lead amazing colorful lives. The difference is the ability to say that you need help. Know you are not alone. We have all experienced times in our lives where we felt alone and misunderstood. We all need a village around us to champion and inspire us to set out on our quest. My vision is to build a community of women who yearn to go on an adventure, a journey of self discovery, healing and joyful transformation.
With a Graduate Diploma in Arts (Psychology), and as an experienced Facilitator, Quit Coach, NLP Coach, training as an Mahi Wairua Practitioner, and Hypnotherapist, I bring a diverse toolkit of skills to my practice. My own healing journey led me to the powerful modalities of hypnotherapy, mahi wairua (energy healing), Energetic Vibrational Tuning (EVT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
These experiences inspired the creation of Te Haerenga (The Journey) Therapy—a personalized, heart-centered approach grounded in self-compassion and mindfulness, integrating NLP, energy healing, and hypnotherapy.
Why start with Self-Compassion? As women, we are often conditioned to prioritize the needs and expectations of others, sometimes leaving our own well-being behind. But true growth begins with turning inward—with curiosity, care, and compassion. Through a compassionate inquiry approach, we begin by asking: Who am I? Who am I as a woman? And how do I show up for myself? These powerful questions lay the foundation for deeper self-awareness, healing, and authentic empowerment.
At the core of Te Haerenga is a simple but powerful truth: You are not the problem—you are the solution. The problem lies in the patterns we carry, patterns influenced by external factors, experiences, social expectations and beliefs. These can be uncovered, understood and transformed. It's time to shake off what no longer serves you, and step towards finding the spark that resides in you,
There is sparkle in all of us, that magic you came into this realm with overflowing with love, wonder and joy. Let me help you find that. Time to change course, and journey to to the future life you want to live NOW. Its time you put your crown on, and step into the goddess you truly are.
